Board — your live work board. Each card is an order or task, grouped into columns by stage (Inbox → Awaiting doctor → Awaiting payment → Awaiting dispense → Out for delivery → Pickup). Drag a card to the next column as it progresses. Search finds a patient or title; All owners → My work shows only your cards; + Order starts a dispensing order, + Task a to-do. Use the View buttons to focus one stream — Compounding, Clinic (TRT: PHC/OHC/Alpha Edge/Apex), Cannabis, etc. The clinic view fills as orders are tagged to a clinic on the order form.
View:
Orders — the full order queue. Use Channel to filter (Compounding, Cannabis, Skincare, Anaesthetics, Other). The cards up top summarise counts; click any row to open the order, read its history, add notes, and — if you're a pharmacist — verify or reject it.

Scripts — the pharmacist verify/reject queue. Opening a script locks it to you so two people don't action the same one. Verify approves it for dispensing; Reject sends it back with a reason. Every action is recorded against your name for compliance/audit.

Dispatch — orders ready to post or courier. For each one, add a parcel (choose a box size + weight). When they're all set, Export Aus Post CSV downloads a file you upload straight into Aus Post MyPost Business. For privacy, the file never contains the patient's name or medication — parcel contents show the label only.
